What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect the details you type in: name, email, mobile number, street address, the year your solar was installed and your average summer bill. We also keep the time you submitted the form and the consent you gave.

How we use it

To prepare and email your estimate, to contact you about it by phone, text or email if you asked us to, and to introduce you to a licensed Arizona contractor if you choose to go further. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share your mobile number, or the text message consent you gave, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. If you ask us to introduce you to an installer, we tell you who before we do it.

Texts and calls

If you checked the consent box, Arizona Energy Advisors and its partner contractor may call or text the number you gave about your estimate, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help, or email info@arizonaenergyadvisors.com.

Your mobile number and your consent stay with us and the contractor working your estimate. They are never sold, rented, or passed to anyone else for marketing.

Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Program details, message frequency, and how to opt out (reply STOP) or get help (reply HELP) are in the text message terms.

Website traffic

We use first-party analytics to count visits, page views, report-button clicks and completed requests, and to understand whether visits came from Instagram, Facebook or another source. A random session identifier is kept in session storage and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics events do not contain your form answers, name, email, phone number or full referring URL. When you submit a request, its website session and source may be associated with that request in our customer-management system. Our hosting providers process technical request information to operate the site. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this visit tracking.
